Trent Middleton, better known as Lil Trent, is the man behind the magic. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Trent launched his food truck in 2012 with one goal: to share the flavors of his city on a bigger, better scale. What started as a hustle quickly turned into a Philly food institution, fueled by his passion for hearty eats and authentic recipes. Trent’s nickname might be “Lil,” but his vision has always been anything but small.
