Steven, the owner of Grilly Cheese, is the driving force behind the truck’s success. With a background in hospitality and a passion for food that makes people smile, he built the business around the idea that comfort food should be anything but boring. 

His vision was to take a childhood favorite and reinvent it with bold, inventive flavors while still keeping the spirit of grilled cheese intact. Steven’s creativity shows up in every menu item, and his commitment to quality and customer experience has made Grilly Cheese not just a food truck, but a local favorite in Philadelphia.
